A SMARTPHONE APPLICATION FOR YOUR DRIVERS
The high volume of requests from drivers are for the most part similar: making an appointment for a tune-up, declaring an accident, requesting servicing, etc.
We have designed a smartphone application that covers all of these common tasks, so that your drivers are just a click away from the information they need. Of course, a button marked “+” allows any unlisted requests to be processed.
With a simple click, the driver is transferred to our technical platform for immediate personalised processing of his request (see below).
A DEDICATED TELEPHONE PLATFORM FOR YOUR DRIVERS
Cracked windscreen, time for a tune-up, tires need replacing, etc. Your drivers frequently solicit your administrative staff for these common operations. To allow your staff to concentrate on their primary tasks, SmartFleet 360 handles the operational management of your drivers through a call reception, management, and transferring platform.
- Personalised call reception:
Our call centre automatically recognises the caller number and automatically opens the file of the vehicle in question. Thanks to these operations, our operators are able to provide personalised service, according to the contracts that we will already have optimised.
- We handle everything:
Our operators process your drivers’ requests directly, in accordance with the rules we have defined, through to making an appointment with an approved service provider.
- Final check of invoices:
Once the operations are complete, we make sure that the invoicing is all in order, in accordance with the contracts in force and/or specific quotes. The vehicle record is also updated to ensure accurate record-keeping over time.
REGULAR AND DETAILED REPORTING
We send you a quarterly report of the actions we have carried out for each of your drivers. This ensures that you have complete visibility of your vehicle fleet and allows you to measure time we have saved your administrative teams.
